Journeys Festival 2020
We were tasked with created illustrated transcripts of audio files from stories written for Journeys Festival, held annually in Leicester. We were telling the stories of several immigrant participants and wanted to create sensitive but eye catching pieces of work, that added another dimension to the audio files.
Key Objectives
Complementary- The illustrations need to complement and enhance the written work.
Mood- The mood and culture of the pieces need to be reflected in the illustrations
Flexible- The Illustrations are flexible enough to be worked into posters and pieces for social media.
